Stress Management Webinar

EIS teachers had received a special invitation to attend the webinar on Stress Management organized by Creative Connections Organization, USA.

The theme/topics discussed were ;

- An exercise where teachers had to express themselves through Art or writing.
- SWOT Analysis
- Some imaginary exercises of relieving stress
- Finding out time from routine and doing something they are passionate about.

It was a good webinar for teachers where they learnt a few tricks to bust the stress.
