ARTLINK PROGRAM - Interactive Video Conference with Mollison Elementary School Chicago - USA

Theme - Nature and Me

EIS Students created art pieces that reflect nature and themselves, and exchanged their work with a partner class in Mollison Elementary School. Students then examined and enjoyed the art from overseas, gaining new insights into both their own and their partner’s art pieces.

After receiving the art, both the classes planned an interactive video-conference to participate in a live one-hour session in which students shared their insights with one another face-to-face in real time.

The young artists produced pieces that expressed something they especially value in their life and noted a specific moment in their scenes.
Remarkable experience, indeed.
